Bronchitis is an Acute inflammation of the tracheobronchial tree, generally self-limited and with eventual complete healing and return of function.
The symptoms of bronchitis are , malaise, chilliness, slight fever, back and muscle pain, and sore throat.
The symptoms of pneumonia are fever, pain with breathing on the involved side (pleurisy), cough, dyspnea, and sputum production.
The complications of pneumonia are overwhelming sepsis, sometimes associated with the adult respiratory distress syndrome and/or septic shock.

1)acute gastritis is due to a great variety of causes, common varieties are result of indiscretion in food or alcoholic drinks , scarlet fever in its acute stage may also induce very acute gastric catarrh.
2)the cardinal symptom of acute gastritis is vomiting and when enteritis is superadded diarrhea also supervenes .
3)anorexia is common in chronic patients especially in the morning when there is a great excess of mucus in the stomach.
4)much of treatment is essentially prophylactic and consists in the removal of such well-known causes as alcoholism , oral sepsis and deficient mastication of food .
Excessive secretion of mucus , bad dietary habits , mastication of food ,gastric lavage.
