1)pneumonia is a inflammatory condition of the lung especially affecting alveoli which examination is associated with fever , chest symptoms , consolidations in the lungs.

2)People with pneumonia often have a productive cough , fever accompanied by shaking chills shortness of breath , excessive sweating , sharp or stabbing chest pain during deep breaths or cough.

3)Examination of the sputum , auscultation , physical examination are necessary to diagnose pneumonia.

4)sepsis , septic shock, and lung abscess are potential complications of pneumonia.

Crepitation during inspiration , confusion in elderly people , to associate with fever, life-threatening .
