East Kazakhstan is a major gold mining region which is known as a largest primary and stream deposit of gold distinguished by geological conditions, education, age and extent of mineralization. Many of these deposits are being developed by a specialized company. From the point of view mobilism the main task of the study is to consider regularity of formation and location of auric deposits in the regional structures of the Great Altai and adjacent areas. The new approach provides the development of new methods in prospecting.

Currently, there is a problem of strengthening and development of raw materials base for the gold mining industry and reproduction of rare metal manufacturing mineral resources. As the surface of the area studied in details the main task is the discovery of new deposits of gold and rare metals (Ta, Nb, Be, Li, Cs, Sn, W), hidden in the depth and buried under the mantle of incoherent deposition. Development new technologies is based of modern ore genesis of concept leading ore petrologic and mineralogy geochemical criteria and prerequisites for solved these tasks with using high-precision methods for the study of rock and ore material.

Actually gold deposits were formed in the central part of the Great Altai during Hercynian collision stage (C1-C3), in the process of horizontal displacement and joining of the lithospheric plates of Kazakhstan and Altai types. In the ensuing border tiles Zaisansk suturnoy zone, as a result of rhythmic tectonic movements (compression-tension), intensified system of dialogue faults west-northwest direction in which localized small intrusions and dikes of gabbro-diorite-granodiorite-plagiogranitovoy series (C2-3 complexes bizhanskoy, kunushskoy C3 and their equivalents). Genetically, they were associated with gold deposits of various ore-formation types located in West Kalbinsky, Jean-Boko Zaysanskoy and Arkalyk ore zones of considerable length.

West-Kalbinsky zone is the main gold-bearing structure in the region, which combines many the ore blocks, ore fields and deposits (Dzhereksky, Bakyrchiksky, Kuludzhunsky, etc.), forming a single "golden line". Leading geological and industrial type is represented by deposits of gold-sulphide-carbon formation in black shale measures of C2-3 (Bakyrchik, Bolshevik, etc.). The main ore minerals are pyrite and arsenopyrite containing fine-dispersed refractory gold. The deposits are characterized by large reserves of gold.

As a result, studies suggest the discovery of gold deposits with apokarbonate type with euconcentrate ores, which are of practical importance, can be compared with the known deposits of the world level. That is the so-called "Karlinsky type" of large-volume gold deposits in carbonate rocks, ores, which are developed by the method of heap leaching (deposits in the United States, Canada, China, Russia, Uzbekistan and others). In addition, in Zaysan suture zone is expected to identify gold-fields-carbon formation, which is representative of Bakyrchik superktupe deposit. The discovery of these deposits on world level to show that ongoing studies to seem competitive. The authors hope that the implementation will strengthen predictions of raw materials for the mining industry in East Kazakhstan.
