Управление корпорацией осуществляется советом директоров. Совет директоров выбирается на собрании акционеров. Он принимает решения и действуют от имени акционеров. Он распределяет доход фирмы среди акционеров и руководит реинвестициями в фонд фирмы. Предел ответственности отдельного акционера строго определен.
