  1. What pronouns have a conjoint form and an absolute form?

All pronouns, with the exception of possessive, have the same form whether they are used absolutely or as a part of a phrase.

Possessive pronouns, however, will have two forms: the absolute form and the conjoint form, the latter being found only within a phrase or construction.

This is my book.

This book is mine.

This is your pen.

This pen is yours.

This is his bag.

This bag is his.

this is her ribbon.

This ribbon is hers.

He is my friend.

He is a friend of mine.
