2.6 Remaining risks
Сохранение риска
There are two different kinds of remaining risks.
Здесь представлены 2 вида сохраняющихся рисков
1) Remaining risks in the possible adjustments to be carried out
on the machine .
2) Remaining risks during the working of the machine ( usually on
machines with manual working cycle ) .
Anyway, all the operations to be effected on the machine which require to gain access to the dangerous zones, or which require the temporary removal of one or more safety devices, can be carried out only AFTER HAVING MADE SURE THAT THE MACHINE IS WITHOUT ELECTRIC FEEDING AND THAT PNEUMATIC CIRCUIT IS OPEN AND WITHOUT PRESSURE .
It is FORBIDDEN to supply the electric feeding or to bring back in pressure the pneumatic circuit before having correctly restored the protections and other safety devices for prevention of accidents.
The machine being supplied has to be considered safe as it has been taken into consideration all the factors that, during the working phases or the adjustment of the machine itself, could cause damages to the worker .
There exist anyway potential remaining risks that cannot be technically eliminated which we want to point out here-following, and of which all the personnel operating on the machine must be aware of.
1) REMAINING RISKS DURING THE ADJUSTMENTS

Make sure that the max distance between elements to be worked and locking devices is less than 4,5 mm
Cutting on
the hands
Always wear gloves
Automatic cycle: positioning of pieces into the magazine
Clothes can
get caught
