Task: Study the following conversational phrases denoting time.

2:00 - It’s two o’clock.

2:05 - It’s two five

It’s five past two

2:10 - It’s two ten

It’s ten past two

2:15 - It’s two fifteen

It’s a quarter past two

It’s two twenty

2:20 - It’s twenty past two

00 – 12 – a.m. (ante meridiam) = before noon

12 – 00 – p/ m/ (post meridiam) = after noon

Task. Match the English and the Russian equivalents.
