2.4. Комплекс упражнений

Проанализировав УМК, мы составили комплекс упражнений, который способствует совершенствованию грамматического навыка использования Present Perfect.

Упражнения данного комплекса мы подразделяем традиционно на языковые, условно-речевые и речевые. Языковые упражнения направлены как на образование формы Present Perfect, так и на значение данного грамматического явления, употребление наречий, характерных для этого времени, их место в предложении.

За основу условно-речевых упражнений мы взяли функциональные грамматически-ориентированные упражнения, разработанные НМЛ КГПИ под руководством Б.П. Годунова, и имитативные и трансформационные упражнения, представленные в комплексе УРУ Е.И. Пассова.

Языковые упражнения:

• на распознавание и употребление формы Present Perfect:

1. Read the text. Circle the verbs in the Present Perfect, underline the Past Simple verbs.

2. Read this message from the board. Find and correct seven mistakes in the use of Present Perfect.

3. Complete the sentences with verbs from the box in Present Perfect.

• на понимание значений Present Perfect:

1. Match the examples with their meaning.

2. Read the sentences. Write true or false for the statement that follows.

• на правильное употребление наречий в Present Perfect:

1. Rewrite these sentences with the correct time adverbial in the correct place.

• на употребление Present Perfect и отличие его от Past Simple (и других времен):

1. Open the brackets using Present Perfect or Past Simple.

2. Complete the sentences with the appropriate verbs from the box.

3. Complete the sentences with the appropriate verbs from the box using Present Perfect or Past Simple.

4. Using the words in parentheses, complete the text below with the appropriate tenses.

5. Translate these sentences into English.

Условно-речевые упражнения.

Имитативные:

1. - I’ve had breakfast. And you?

- I’ve had breakfast, too.

Трансформационные:

1. - I’ve just read a book. And you?

- No, I haven’t. I’ve just written a composition.

Функциональные грамматически - ориентированные упражнения были составлены на базе текстов по темам: Working day, Meals, Cinema.

Функциональные грамматически-ориентированные упражнения:

• на содержательную трансформацию:

1. Imagine that Mary has visited different places. Look at the table and change the dialogue. (На основе диалога “Cinema”.)

2. You know Mary likes going to the cinema. She has just watched “Titanic” and met her friend. She is telling her about the impressions. (На основе диалога “Cinema”.)

- Hello! Where have you been?

- I’ve just been to the cinema! I’ve just watched “Titanic”!...

• на выборочное воспроизведение:

1. Now it’s 8 p.m. say what Mary has done today by this time. (На основе текста “Mary’s working day”.)

2. Imagine you are Mary’s friend and you call her after lessons. Ask her what she has done today. (На основе текста “Mary’s working day”.)

3. Say what Mary has done by:

• 7.30 a.m. …(На основе текста “Mary’s working day”.)

4. Imagine you are Mary. Tell us about the most important events of this day, what you have done today. (На основе текста “Mary’s working day”.)

5. Now 2 p.m. You are interviewing the Queen. You want to know about her working day. Ask her what she has done today. (На основе текста “Another day in the life of the Queen”.)

   • на сравнение и аналогию:

• на перестановки:

Текст написан от третьего лица, учащимся нужно пересказать его от первого лица, разделив действия, произошедшие в точно указанное время, и действия, употребляемые в Present Perfect.

• на расширение:

1. Imagine you are in England now and you’ve just had breakfast. Tell us about it what you have eaten and drunk for breakfast. (На основе текста “English meals”).

Речевые упражнения.

1. Complete the dialogue.

2. In pairs discuss your last vacation. One of you has just returned from the vacation and the other one asks the questions. (по аналогии с предложенным ранее диалогом)

3. It’s Friday today. You’ve been in Syktyvkar for three days. Tell us what has happened to you.

4. It’s 9 p.m. you are having a conversation with your mother about your day. Tell her about the most important events of your day.

5. Your studies at the lyceum will be over soon. Tell us the results of your studies. What have you learnt?
