The weather in England
The weather in England is very changeable and it changes very quickly. One day last week I went for a walk to the village. When I started early in the morning the weather was beautiful. The sun was shining brightly. The sky was blue and there were no clouds at all. In the middle of the morning a sudden change came. A cold wind began to blow. Black clouds covered the sky and in a very short time it started to rain. Unfortunately, I didn’t have an umbrella with me. After about half an hour I caught a bus, which took me home. But soon the sun began to shine again. It became warmer. We sometimes say that England is the country where you can have four seasons in one day.
