При переводе с русского на английский язык не забудьте следующее:
- Соблюдайте порядок слов в утвердительном предложении: подлежащее (кто? что?) + сказуемое (что делать?) + дополнение (кого? чему?) + обстоятельство (как? где?).
- Наличие сказуемого после подлежащего обязательно. Если глагол отсутствует, то следует употреблять is (ед.ч.), are (мн.ч.).
- Если подлежащее само выполняет действие, то употребляется активный залог настоящего простого времени (V, Vs), если оно испытывает действие со стороны, то используйте пассивный залог настоящего простого времени (is/are Ved/3f)
- Если два стоящие рядом существительных соединены родительным падежом (кого? чего?), то употребляйте между ними предлог of.

1. Montesquieu is the first to make the division of powers. 2. Modern constitutions establish three branches for the government.
3. They are legislative, executive and judicial. 4. Government performs three functions. 5. Among them are the making laws, the administration of laws and the interpretation of laws. 6. The legislative power belongs to parliaments which make laws.
7. The executive power is exercised by governments, Presidents and Prime Ministers that administer laws.
8. The judicial power is vested in courts which enforce laws. 9. No branch has more power than the other branches. 10. Such separation of powers safeguards liberty and protects from misusing power. |
