4.7 Расчет анкерных болтов

Максимальными усилием в нижнем сечении колонны являются усилия:

Nmax=631,4 кН

Тогда требуемая площадь нетто поперечного сечения анкерных болтов будет:

Где Rba – расчётное сопротивление растяжению анкерного болта из стали Вст3пс2 по ГОСТ 535-88 (Г7 [1]) На одну раздельную базу принимаем четыре болта. Тогда требуемая площадь нетто одного болта будет:

По прил. Г9 принимаем четыре болта диаметром 42 мм с площадью нетто каждого X

Длина заделки болта в бетон фундамента должна быть не меньше 1300 мм.

Плитка под анкерные болты

Плитка под анкерные болты работает на изгиб по схеме двухшарнирной балки, опёртой на траверсы. Из расчёта было принято 4 болта на одну раздельную базу. Два болта, приходятся на одну плитку, загружает её силой:

просвет между траверсами, будет: b0=302 мм

Тогда максимальный изгибающий момент в пролёте плитки будет:

Требуемый момент сопротивления сечения плитки:

Ry=230 МПа для стали С245 при толщине листа от 20 до 30 мм

Назначаем сечение анкерной плитки b×t=240×40 c двумя отверстиями диаметром d0=db+2 мм=42+2=44 мм
