The purpose: To define importance of political parties in a society as institute of political system.

Tasks of training: To generate feeling of patriotism of students, analyze political changes independently, which occurring in a society.

The basic questions of a theme:

1. Genesis, essence and functions of political parties in political system of a society.

2. Concept of party system. Classification of party systems.

3. Feature and tendency of development of party system of Kazakhstan.

4. Public movements in political life of a society.

Tasks of training: To generate feeling of patriotism of students, analyze political changes independently, which occurring in a society.

2. Concept and basic features of totalitarism. Features of an authoritarian mode.

3. Ways and forms of transition from totalitarism to democracy.

4. Concept of democracy. A problem of development of democracy at the present stage-one of major problems in politology.

5. Totalitarian mode in totalitarian state
