Now you are a student of East Ukrainian Volodimir Dahl National University College which is one of the oldest and the most prestigious educational establishments in Ukraine. It was founded in 1920.

The history of the College is full of great and dramatical events.

In May 2000 State Ukrainian Educational Department ordered to unite Luhansk Machine-Building College(founded in October 1, 1920) and Luhansk Industry-Economical Technical School(founded in January 1962) to make one diversified educational establishment.

T he College pays high honour to educational traditions of Luhansk Machine-Building College and Luhansk Industry-Economical Technical School and multiply their good reputation. A lot of outstanding people, statesmen studied at our College, We are proud of such graduators as Golubenko O.L. – the Rector of East Ukrainian National University, Tkachenko V.G. – the Rector of Luhansk National Agricultural University.

Among the graduators of our College there are a lot of famous sportsmen, coaches, champions, cup-winners.

T eaching staff consists of teachers with high pedagogical knowledge, great skill in teaching practice and research pedagogical activity. Many College teachers are awarded with administrative and government rewards.

College ENU – is an educational and professional training institution. Theoretical study in here is combined with practical work at leading enterprises of Luhansk region.

S tudents and teachers live interesting and manifold life there. Different thematic cognitive parties and meetings, competitions and public debate take place there. Students participate in cultural life, differnt clubs (dance, drama, music Ukrainian tradition, euroclub), charitable actions, sport societies (basketball, football, gymnastics, tourism, calisthenics), student’s work brigades. Much attention is paid to work with and help to the veterans of the Great Patriotic War.

Students having made an outstanding progress have opportunity for taking bachelor’s, and master's degree by continuing education in

t he walls of East-Ukrainian V. Dahl National University. And every student has a possibility of mastering prestigious, interesting and necessary profession and getting State Diploma of High Education for junior expert.

Professional training is provided both by state contracts (free of charge) and by contracts with legal entities and individuals

College is equipped with up-to-date teaching facilities, equipment, scientific methodology basis: buildings with classrooms (67), 18 laboratories, and workshops; 2 modern computer centers, including 6 computer classrooms, a gym and an assembly hall, a hostel. The College has rich library resources, containing 72 000 volumes, providing students with necessary textbooks and different kinds of research and public literature.

S tudents and teachers in close collaboration have great opportunities to realize their creativities, abilities and talents. They work in regional students’ research association, participate in different conferences. The College ENY is proud of it’s research competition winners. Among them there are students who gained government personal scholarships.

04.04.2007 the State Ukrainian Government department approved College ENY to be a fundamental educational institution of Luhansk region.
