Task 6. Out of two italicized words choose the one which fits in the context.

1) No unified protected/guarded area for interdepartmental information and document exchange does exist. As a consequence “richer” state/public organs such as the Central Bank and the Pension Foundation/Fund established private/ individual information space with a high level of data security. There was so far no structured approach to governing/managing development projects throughout the federal Government to synergize on already scarce/rare financial means.

2) One problem of measuring quality of public/state services is that the state/public sector mainly provides/supplies services as opposed to tangible/feasible goods. The project has to define/determine an approach to find a quality measure to satisfy the views of different/various stakeholders (employees, customers, etc.)

3) The procedures used to elect/select key specialists/experts must be transparent and be based on pre-defined/determined criteria including professional qualifications and work experience/expertise.
