start with mentioning there are legal formalities concerning the
purchase of shares in a Russian company
write about your client’s company and the company’s stock
position;
state that your client is ready to confirm the stock information
(and in case of LLC to confirm that all the corporate formalities
have been observed);
outline the steps of transaction;
write that each stock purchase transaction is monitored by the RF
Federal Antimonopoly Service under the Antimonopoly legislation.
Make
a closing remark and invite for future contacts.
