Тема: Ви бажаєте замовити вино ? Розмова про національні вина. країни, звідки походять вина. Особливості вин.

Вид заняття: лекція-семінар

Мета: Продовжити знайомити студентів із правилами гостинного прийому клієнтів у ресторані, з правилами ввічливого ставлення до відвідувачів ресторану. Ознайомити студентів із правилами презентації меню вин. Надати інформацію про найбільш відомих виробників вин, яких представляє Франція (шампанські вина), Італія, Португалія, Південна Африка, Аргентина, Нова Зеландія і т.ін. Продовжити відпрацьовувати граматичні конструкції: Would you like to order…, Which is drier … ? I’ll have a glass of Sauvignon, … it isn’t as dry as the Pinot Grigio; I’d like a bottle of red to go with our main course; Which is lighter … ? I recommend the French wine… - з метою складання ввічливих звернень до клієнтів, а також ввічливих звернень до персоналу ресторану.

Обладнання: дошка, словники, підручники, роздатковий матеріал.

Хід заняття:

1.Вступ. Організаційний момент. Повідомлення теми та мети заняття. Введення в іншомовне середовище. Відпрацювання вимови окремих слів: raspberry, chocolate, sorbet, a specials board, French apple tart, summer pudding, summer berries, blackcurrant, delicious, dessert, main types of cheese, soft cheese, hard cheeses, creamy blue cheese, to order some wine with your meal, to prefer something sweeter, it’s more expensive, smoother, sparkling mineral water, a glass of wine, the most famous wine from the old world; it comes from a district east of Paris; well-known for cherry, vineyards in the south of the country, famous for, to improve; all the time.
