Заключение

Анализ возможностей и проблем современной медицинской цитогенетики, а также тенденций ее развития наглядно демонстрирует не только непрерывно возрастающее значение новых технологий, базирующихся на разработках молекулярной биологии, но и необходимость выработки стратегии их оптимального использования. Переход от принципиальных возможностей проведения полноценной диагностики хромосомных аномалий к реальному и быстрому ее выполнению требует не только значительного улучшения материальной базы цитогенетических лабораторий, но и организации их эффективного взаимодействия.
