2.7 Описание детали «Гайка накидная» (26.011 сб)

Гайка является деталью резьбового соединения. Предприятия совершают производство гаек таких видов как гайки накидные, корончатые гайки, вытяжные гайки, гайки колпачковые и гайки самоконтрящиеся. В нашей сборочной единице используется гайка накидная. Ее роль удерживать в напряжении детали обеспечивающие герметичность изделия.

2.8 Алгоритм построения детали «Гайка накидная» (26.011 сб)

1) Загрузил программу САПР AutoCAD 2007 с начальными настройками

2) С помощью меню выбрал из предложенных форматов формат А4

3) Используя мышку, указал начальную и конечную координату осевой линии и начертил ее

4) Таким же способом, только используя другие типы линий, начертил контур вида спереди детали «Гайка накидная»

5) С помощью команды BHATCH выбрал нужные области детали и заштриховал их

6) Под основным видом начертил, используя команды, контур соответствующего выносного элемента А детали «Гайка накидная»

7) Потом, пользуясь теми же командами, начертил контур вида слева детали «Гайка накидная»

8) В меню САПР AutoCAD 2007 вывел окно размеров и пользуясь им образмерил деталь «Гайка накидная»

9) Воспользовавшись командой MTEXT, обозначил отдельный вид детали и заполнил основную надпись своими данными
