1. Краткое описание курсовой работы
В процессе выполнения курсовой роботы выполнены следующие работы:
- разобрался в устройстве клапанного пневмоаппарата и его назначении, разобрал схему его работы, а также материалы, из которых выполнены детали
- выполнил рабочие чертежи деталей 1-11(кроме 5,7).
- сделал чертежи указанных деталей и полной сборки в САПР AutoCAD 2007
- показал и реализовал алгоритмы построения деталей
- вывел список команд используемых при построении
1.1 Пневмоаппарат клапанный
По типу клапана различаются гидроаппараты (пневмоаппараты): с шариковым, плоским, коническим, коноидным и др. клапанами.
Клапанный пневмоаппарат предназначен для перекрытия трубопроводов. Конический клапан 2, завальцованный в конце шпинделя 3, при вращении последнего перемещается с ним в осевом направлении и перекрывает своим конусом проходное отверстие.
Клапан завальцован в шпиндель с зазором, позволяющим центрироваться конусу клапана по конусу перекрываемого отверстия и свободно вращаться относительно шпинделя. Это предохраняет рабочую коническую поверхность от быстрого разрушения. Выходной конец шпинделя уплотняется сальниковым устройством.
2. Построение деталей
2.1 Описание детали «Корпус»(26.001 сб)
Корпус – это основная деталь сборочной единицы, на которую крепяться почти все главные и второстепенные детали данного изделия. Корпус представляет собой изделие, которое имеет отверстие с резьбой. По этой резьбе перемешается конический клапан, завальцованый в конце шпинделя и перекрывает проходное отверстие.
2.2 Алгоритм построения детали «Корпус»(26.001 сб)
1) Загрузил программу САПР AutoCAD 2007 с начальными настройками
2) С помощью меню выбрал из предложенных форматов формат А3
3) Используя мышку, указал начальную и конечную координату осевой линии и начертил ее для основного вида
4) Таким же способом, только используя другие типы линий, начертил контур основного вида детали «Корпус»
5) Выделил осевую линию основного вида и, с помощью команды копирования скопировал ее, разместив ниже основного вида
6) С помощью команды BHATCH выбрал нужные области детали и заштриховал их
7) С правой стороны начертил осевые линии и контур вида слева детали «Корпус»
8) В меню САПР AutoCAD 2007 вывел окно размеров и пользуясь им образмерил виды детали
9) Воспользовавшись командой MTEXT, назвал отдельный вид детали и заполнил основную надпись своими данными
