Political and legal status and international standing of USSR in the early 20-ies of XX century. Creation of the USSR and the occurrence of Ukraine in the USSR.

Features of the economic and political situation in the early 20's in Ukraine. Resolution of the X Congress of the Russian Communist Party. "The replacement layout tax in kind (March, 1921)." Evaluation of the new economic policy in foreign and domestic scientific literature. New Economic Policy and its implementation in Ukraine.
