It is easy to relocate with any amount of belongings with the help of a moving company. Moving companies make relocation an easy job. They are capable enough to handle all hassles that come in the way of moving. But it depends totally on to the customer what kind of service he is going to take. If one takes full moving service from a reputed mover, then one can ease out all his stress. The movers will take up the entire job in this case. But if one has planned for partial service, then he must have to take more or less some pains. Let's discuss about the types of services that are available with any mover. There are basically three types of services offered by any mover: 1) Full moving service. 2) Partial moving service. 3) Renting truck alone. 1) Full moving service: this is the best type of service available with any movers. But those who do not welcome any chaos must take this service only. 2) Partial moving service: this service is customized service based on customers demand. This service allows you to make your relocation both affordable and a bit easier. In this case you can pack your goods yourself and ask the movers to take the job of loading, unloading and transportation. You can also ask them only to pack big appliances if you think you can not pack them safely. You can tailor the demand in any way that you need. This will make you move with your terms. You are also in position make your moving according to your budget and need. This is widely used form of moving services among middle class people. 3) Renting truck alone. This is the most economic way of relocating but is full of stress and chaos. Here, the moving company will rent you truck only. Even they will not arrange driver unless you ask them. Customers have to take up the entire jobs that come in the way of relocation. They have to pack their belongings, load them in truck, drive truck to the new destination and unload them at last. 3.1 Crisis Management

Crisis management is the art of putting the right spin on disasters (or at least bad news). The term was coined by Ivy Lee in the early 20th Century[41]. It could mean something as simple as making sure that customers know when business as usual will resume following a disruption in company operations, or as sensitive as handling media coverage of an oil spill or environmental protests involving the company.

Now more than ever companies profits are tied to their reputation and when disaster strikes the way a company handles it can make a huge difference to their image. In the late 1980s and early 90s all of the major PR companies began to offer crisis management services. "The days of regarding an industrial accident that kills only one person as a minor incident to be swept under the carpet are gone," according to crisis consultant Michael Bland[42].

Faced with a PR crisis, a company can call in crisis management specialists to handle media, government and public communicators. At least one commercial insurance company will offer discounts to its customers if they both have a crisis management plan on paper and also demonstrate its feasibility through at least annual, evaluated crisis simulations.[43]
