Task: Publishing House “London Square” and editors of one Ukrainian magazine have made an agreement. Under the terms of this agreement the editors of the Ukrainian magazine have acquired the right to publish 7 articles, the exclusive rights of them belonging to the Publishing House “London Square”. However, within 2 months after publishing the above mentioned articles the editors of another Ukrainian newspaper copied and published 3 of them. Do the editors of the magazine have the right to make a claim against the editors of the newspaper for publishing the above articles?
