Participle I (Причастие действительного залога)
Образование Participle I. Причастие I образуется от инфинитива без частицы to прибавлением окончания -ing.
to play — playing — играющий, игравший
to have — having — имеющий, имевший
to plan—planning — планирующий, планировавший.
Роль Participle I в предложении.
a reading boy — читающий мальчик
a crying girl — плачущая девочка.
the boy reading a book — мальчик, читающий книгу
the girl speaking loudly — девочка, говорящая громко.
People living at that time in the town could see a great fire. —
People living now in the town can see many new buildings. —
Writing dictations I make many mistakes. —
Participle II (Причастие страдательного залога)
the changed plan — измененный план
the invited guests — приглашенные гости
the girl invited tо the party — девушка, приглашенная ни вечеринку.
Written in pencil the text was difficult to read. —
If invited I shall go with them.
The text was translated into English. —
They have come — Они уже пришли
