6. Which public services especially need to be improved in Russia?

Talking about Russia, I generally think that we have a lot of problems, especially in public services’s financing. On my mind the state doesn’t understand completely a need of such improvements. We have all resources we need for improve different public spheres, For example: transports links need to be improved, maybe new route should be done, basic infrastructure( projects): roads need to be repaired. The main public service people are always carry about is utilities( water, gas, electricity), there are too many failures in these systems etc

1. What sources of energy are generally considered to be environmentally friendly? Why (not)?

All kinds of renewable sources of energy are considered to be environmentally friendly. For example, solar energy – one of the basic sources for the Mediterranean countries; or wind power – core source of energy in the northern Europe. They are environmentally friendly due to the fact that they don’t produce harmful waste and do not damage the nature. A lot of scientists today focus their research on creating new forms of energy resources that will combine producing enough energy for industries and being environmentally friendly. Although one of perspective sources is energy of atom, a lot of problems appear because of the need to create a lot of levels of security to make the process not so dangerous.

2. What ways are there of saving energy in a large company/at home?

Saving energy is a very important thing for our life and environment. There are a lot of ways how to do it. In my opinion large companies have to use a green economy. Such companies must use flash-cards or the internet to send information instead of using paper and save natural resources. Another thing that we have to do is using of energy saving lamps. It is necessary to take taxes from those companies who pollute our environment to reduce it. Companies have to use renewable resources as they are environmentally friendly. For example it would be very good to use solar energy or wind power.

10. Government policy towards unemployment in Russia. Anything to improve?

The unemployment rate in Russia was last reported at 5.8 percent in April of 2012. But we always have to aspire to nature rate of unemployment. Undoubtedly true that our government try to make our government policy more effective..They organize new special programs directed on ensuring social protection of citizens. All federal, territorial and local programs are the main measures of state policy of employment. That’s why I think we should pay more attention on local programs. The main basis of our state policy has to be the principle of effective employment’s achievement and maintenance. We should improve our production, we can follow to Europe’s expierence in this case, they try to provide their countries with stabilization and production growth

11. Job satisfaction. Which factors are important for you?

Job satisfaction describes how happy an individual is with his or her job. Perhaps it is the most important problem employers face with. All big companies which are concerned about their reputation try to provide good conditions and motivation to their workers. As for me job satisfaction must include interest in what I’ m doing, if I feel a deep interest in my work I’ l be more effective for a company. The second aspect is the always friendly work atmosphere , I mean people, managers you have to deal with during your work. There wouldn’t be any communication’s problem with your collegues. Because the communication is an important influence on job satisfaction in the workplace. One more important factor for me is promotion opportunities and good pay, I m pretty sure that all employees want to feel themselves valuable for the company. There are some more important aspects such as flexible working hours, location or some special company’s perks, or job security- all these factors can influence on my job satisfaction aswell.
