@Stega:= Lincolnshire, UK, slang for someone with low standards, one who would pick a penny up off the ground.

Example: You stega, you picked that penny up off the ground.

@Step-husband or -wife:= A virtual definition imposed on people who're seen together so often

that people assume they're in a relationship together.

Esp. for roommates of the opposite sex.

Origin: The term is spawned by the broken family phenomenon in which one cannot be truly sure if a child-parent pair are in fact biologically related. Therefore the term step- is imposed as a prefix to the assumed relationship.

Example: Either my step-husband or I will be home all day to let the cable guy in. [They never give you a narrow enough window to let you do anything else the whole day. Arrogant bastards!]

@Step Quick:= To walk briskly, to walk quickly.

Example: We better step quick or well miss the train.

@step:= To challenge someone.

Example: He had beef and decided to step.

@stephen wrightism:= A deadpan joke or pun. From the trademark comedy of Stephen Wright.

Example: I was up all night playing poker with tarot cards. I got a full-house, four people died....

@stepmonster:= derogatory term for 'stepmother'.

Example: i can't go out tonight. i'm being forced to go to my dad and stepmonster's house.

@stepmonster:= Wicked stepmother.

Example: James: So, who is going to the party?

Roseanne: My father, brother, and my stepmonster.

@stepping on your airhose:= To unknowingly do yourself harm; to accidentally cut off or alienate resources.

Example: Dingus stepped on his airhose when he asked the boss's fat wife if she was pregnant.

@stepstud:= An unmarried male acting as a stepparent.

Example: His brother’s children have had many stepstuds.

@stewards:= Used when you don't believe what someone is saying. From a stewards' inquiry in horse racing.

Example: Nirvana was a great band. Definitely need a stewards on that one.

@Stib:= Sticky goop that is stuck between your fingers

Example: After eating a porcupine, Jimbo had a lot of stib between his fingers.

@stick one's fork in a toaster:= To do something really stupid, and when the consequences arrived, be totally shocked.

Example: Person 1: That was the stupidest thing Chris ever did. Too bad he's dead.

Person 2: Yeah, He really stuck his fork in the toaster.

@Stick:= Another word for cigarette, abbreviated form of cancer stick.

Example: Wanna burn a stick?

@stickamadozier:= An annoyance, brat, or general pain in the rear

Example: Stop being such a stickamadozier.

@stickamation:= The art of drawing a stick figure comic. Normally taking place between two board high school children, the practice is banned by teachers.

Example: We were in maths and were doing a stickamation--check it out!

@stickto-iveness:= Persistent, following through, not giving up easily.

Example: His stickto-iveness allowed him to finish his project way ahead of schedule, despite of all the obstacles he encountered along the way.

@sticky rice:= (n) Word, concept, or person you've never heard of...then suddenly you hear or see it frequently in a short period of time. Derivation: basmati used to be the rice chosen most often in foofy restaurants, but now you only see sticky rice/sushi rice.

Example: This site is sticky rice since k10k posted a link.

@sticky:= negative adjective with a variety of meanings

Example: if a friend is being lame or in anyway disagreeable... why you gotta be so sticky

@stickybon:= Anything considered cool. Derived partly from the French word for good (bon). Things cool stay, or stick.

@Stiff'em:= (v) Screw them to cruelly brush someone off.

@Stige:= An alternate word for 'playing video games' with the intent of keep the act secret from a party who finds gaming to be childish or silly or a complete waste of time

Example: I wanted to stige later, but my girlfriend's here and she might spend the night.

@stilb:= S.T.L.B.short top, long back. Describes the mullet haircut.

Example: There's going to be alot of stilbs at the Daytona 500.

@Stillers:= A perfectly accectable way of reffering to the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Example: I'm goin' down Heinz Field on Sunday and watching da Stillers play. Where's your ticket?

@Stilt:= A smoke.

Example: Do you have any stilts?

or for a pack of smokes,

do you have a bundle of stilts?

@stimulization:= a low-IQ, but compelling, way of saying stimulation

Example: Well, Chuck, I'm looking for a man who can give me intellectual stimulization.

@sting-dogg:= an unfavourable event or situation

Example: 'man that 9 to 5 was a sting-dogg'

@stink car:= A late 80s fiberglass-coffin-type car. Typically, these days, a stink car barely runs, has a pile of semi-organic garbage in the back, and smells awful.

Example: My Chevy's in the shop. We'll have to take the stink car.

@stink eye:= The look you get from someone who is very annoyed with you.

Example: Betty really gave Sue the stink eye for taking her break when we were so busy.

@stinkum:= A word synonymous with perfume or cologne, usually describing one that you don't like.

Example: I'm not sure what to get mom for Christmas this year, maybe I'll just get her that stinkum she likes.

@stinky cheese:= Parmesan cheese, like one would use on pizza.

Example: Would you please pass the stinky cheese?

@stinkyocity:= Used to describe something that really stinks.

Example: The room reeked of stinkyocity.

@stinkypie:= An endearment: sweetie pie, sweetheart, etc.

Example: I love you, stinkypie!

@Stite:= Noun-An individual so in love with him/herself that they actually believe they are the most important person in the world

Example: This guy is such a stite that if you arrested him for littering, he'd tell you that no law applied to him.

@stitious:= adj. Characterized by only a moderately irrational belief that unrelated objects or actions will affect outcomes. Less than superstitious.

Example: After breaking the mirror, Lou, merely stitious, knew he would only be in for 2 years of bad luck.

@stixoid:= Resembling a stick, cylindrical.

Example: That piece of metal is stixoid.

@stoater:= An unusually interesting, appealing, or attractive woman.

Example: As I got off the subway, I noticed a stoater waiting at the far end of the platform.

@Stock Exchange:= Party (or other gathering) with lots of potentially nice girls who aren't old enough to date but will be soon. You can invest in those girls already, hence Stock Exchange.

Example: The place was packed with 16-year-olds, quite a stock exchange.

@stodgie:= A cross between the word stingy and the word bodgie.

@stonatto:= Space-cadet, out-of-it, idiot, one who is really out there; anglicized by Italo-Americans as stunad. Literally translates from Italisn to mean out-of-tune.

Example: That stonatto didn't even contribute to the birthday lunch for his own girlfriend.

@stoned henge:= Derived from the ancient rock monument in the UK,

this term clearly describes a rock star who has overindulged.

Example: This band would rock if the drummer wasn't such a stoned henge.

@stoner moment:= loss of memory, or loss of train of thought.

Example: I was going to class when i had a stoner moment and forgot what day it was.

@stonkered:= 1: to be drunk or under the influence. 2: to be tired or fatigued. 3: to be full after a meal

Example: Oh man I'm absolutely Stonkered

@stooge foober:= Someone who doesn't comply with things you think are correct.

Example: Lee is a stooge foober; he does some really weird stuff.

@stooge:= Dodgy insult to use when you're lost for words.

Example: Oh yeah. Well, you're a...a...a...STOOGE! So there!

@stookie:= stupid, moronic

Example: That was just plain stookie.

@stoolie:= A guy that typically spends a lot of time on his appearance, including working out to excess,

and going to clubs wearing tight shirts, overalls with a strap undone or a vest unbottoned with

nothing underneath to accentuate his body. Root: Stool sample.

Example: Me: How do stoolies always get the hot girls at clubs? Friend: I dunno, ask Ricky Martin.

@stoopy:= Stupid.

Example: Stop being stoopy, youu can't cook with an Easy Bake Oven.

@stop 'n' rob:= A convenience store, often a locally-owned, non-chain store. From their propensity for being knocked over by small time hoods.

Example: Can you go over to the stop 'n' rob and get me some smokes?

@stoptional:= A stop-sign in the middle of nowhere.

Example: Don't slow down, it's only stoptional.

@storple:= To inadvertently poke holes in an important paper while attempting to

write on a soft or unstable surface.

Example: Crap! I just storpled my American Lit. paper!

@stort:= This word was born from a typo in a community.
