* Fixed a bug of IDs usage in Nodes and Rods.
* Fixed a bug causing Abnormal Program Termination resing the Diagrams window
* Expansion of moving pin joints into a rod with hinge at the end,
now is invisible for the user, the same is done for regular pin joint support
nodes.
