PROBLEMS OF USING CLINICAL RECOMMENDATIONS AND STANDARDS AS A BASIS FOR PROVIDING MEDICAL CARE AND ASSESSING ITS QUALITY

Abstract: the article is devoted to the problems that arise when determining the legal basis for the provision of medical care and assessing its quality, related to the imperfection of current legislation and other regulatory legal acts, their inconsistency. A large number of regulatory documents regulating the process of providing medical care for the convenience and correct use of them by a doctor who does not have legal knowledge requires constant updating and coordination among themselves.
